Put the power lines underground.During almost every severe storm the first thing that goes is power.Putting lines underground will not only create jobs,jobs and jobs it will also alleviate the loss of power which is so prevelant during even slight wind storms.If research is compiled I am certain that you will find this a natural fact.I lived in Hawaii when Kauai was devestated after the hurricain and it took over a year to replace power lines since the poles had to come from the mainland.Why at this point weren't they placed underground.This is a project that could last decades to accomplish but worthwhile in the long run.Please give serious consideration and contact me anytime since I have much much more to add to this preventive measure,Thank You Dale Llewellyn.
