I have been through many FEMA programs and most recently the CBRNE class held in Aniston Alabama. In todays world, communities can never be too prepared for a mass casualty incident, disaster, or emergency event. In my town, I know of no committe that will train citizens to be aware of these hazards and the steps we can take to minimize the negative effects it can have on a community. I would like to put my training to good use and organize  community events to better prepare communities with limited resources to be aware, know what to look for, and the signs that something is not right. In addition teach a concious presence of their surroundings and to be better prepared for increased events of terrorizm threats, local threats, and community emergencies.
