May I suggest funding for citizen based corporations that offer disaster preparedness workshops and emergency supplies.  My company is Noah's Secret Inc.  http://noahssecretinc.com    Funding will help us to employ our youth to help spread the word about the importance of disaster preparedness.   I have designed a SOLAR POWERED BACKPACK WITH STEREO that can lighten up the fear of disasters and draw more people to the concept of preparedness.   I also have survival kits and can personalize kits for persons with disabilities.    Some surveys say that only 7% of the poplulation have taken steps to prepare. I believe this is due to poor marketing or not enough targeted marketing within communities.  Help me empower our communities through funding it.  My business plan will create jobs and generate revenues for the State.
