Promote preparedness in the home and away using informitive commercials school involvement and other public  media.

 ie; What's the plan? Where do we meet? What do we need? Who do we contact?

 Maybe could be demonstrated in a infomercials to show actions to take or miss stakes not to make.

 First aid classes could be promoted.

 Classes on the dangers that may be encountered in disasters in specific areas. ie; gas shut offs, dangers of electricity, helping the injured, water contamination, radiation.
