This is a local and national computer system that will be able to call land lines and cell phones to wake people up or to let them know about the tornado or hurricane that is about to strike and what they can do about it. This is like an out bound call center that handles only the weather in the areas that are happening and it gives suggestions on how to handle it. cell phones can receive free real time (text,video, live streams) messeges and what they can do at this point.probably this idea is way to advanced at this time but it will have an affect on saving lives. plus this call center handle many more tasks such as calling to verify that the phone numbers are correct and the name of the person is registered to that phone number.
