How would you prefer to prepare/respond to a disaster?

Would you rather fill, carry, and load sandbags or delivery water, food, and baby formula before, during, and after floods?
Would you rather load your cars with personal material possessions or your transportation challenged friends and neighbors before a mandatory hurricane evacuation?
Would you rather have to clear trees, powerlines, and building debris in an emergnecy rescue response or just trees?
