All Hazards Andriod Smart Phone App

An "All Hazards" Android Smart Phone Application is seriously lacking and desperately needed.  That would be of more benefit to more people than any other thing I can think of!  My understanding is there has been such an app for i-phones for years, yet still not one for Droid users.I suggest this be made available for no or little cost to encourage maximum distribution & use; and that it have the capability to geo-reference so that one can set it to get updates for one's actual locations based on the phones GPS capability (a "travel" mode); as well as the capability to use specific SAME codes.For about 2 years or so now I've read that DHS was ""working" on one, so where is it at?  Seriously, lets get a move on!Finally, just because the contest is over, I think there still needs to be a way to offer suggestions.
Otherwise, this is a GREAT idea.  Keep up the good work!
